2. Age Requirement: Customers must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian to receive services at the Spa.

3. Appointments: Appointments are recommended for all services. Walk-ins are subject to availability. To schedule an appointment, contact the Spa via phone, email, or through our website.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify the Spa at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may have their treatment time reduced to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

6. Health Considerations: Clients are responsible for informing the Spa of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their ability to receive certain services. The Spa reserves the right to refuse service if it may pose a health risk.

7. Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the Spa's staff and other clients. Any inappropriate behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Personal Belongings: The Spa is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

9. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. The Spa accepts cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated at the time of booking.

10. Gift Certificates and Vouchers: Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired gift certificates or vouchers will not be honored.

11. Gratuity: Tipping is optional but appreciated for excellent service. The standard gratuity is typically 15% to 20% of the service price.

12. Promotions and Discounts: The Spa may offer promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs at its discretion. These offers may have specific terms and conditions and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice.

14. Liability: The Spa is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on its premises or as a result of using its services.

15. Modification of Terms: The Spa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version on the Spa's website or at the facility.

By availing of the services provided by Radiant Massage Spa, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should refrain from using the Spa's services.
